Artboard is a heavy, smooth white card. Printed in full colour, it makes an indoor sign for window posters, shop displays, event signs, school notices and one-off promotions. At 400gsm it is stiffer than a poster, but it is still card, so it is not for rain or damp. We print artboard signs in six sizes: 300 x 450mm, 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm, 900 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm, on one side or both sides. Stand them on an easel, lean them on a wall or fix them with adhesive tabs. For signs that need to survive weather, step up to corflute, polypropylene or PVC signs. You can order a single sign. Artboard sign artwork is the sign size plus 5mm bleed on all edges, so a 450 x 600mm sign needs a 460 x 610mm file. Keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim edge. For double-sided signs supply a two-page PDF, front then back. Use CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded; 100 to 150 dpi at full size is fine for signs read from a metre or more away. We check every file free before printing.

Six sizes: 300 x 450mm, 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm, 900 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm. The two largest are oversize and their delivery is priced for your postcode in the basket.
Is artboard suitable for outdoor signs?
No. Artboard is card and will curl and soften in rain or damp. Use it indoors or for very short-term outdoor displays in dry weather, and choose corflute, polypropylene, PVC or ACM signs for outdoor use.
How is artboard different from foamboard or screenboard?
Artboard is a solid 400gsm card, so it is thin and light. Foamboard has a foam core and is thicker and stiffer, so it stands up on its own better. Screenboard is a denser, stiffer card board in 1mm and 2mm. Compare the prices in the configurator, as they vary by size and quantity.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose double sided in the configurator and supply a two-page PDF, front then back.
Why is the price for 1, 2 and 5 small signs almost the same?
On the 300 x 450mm size the total for 1, 2 and 5 signs is within a dollar or two, so ordering a few more costs very little. The price per sign then falls as the quantity goes up, and the configurator shows the total for every quantity.
How do I display an artboard sign?
Stand it on an easel, lean it against a wall, or fix it with adhesive tabs or mounting tape. For large signs, mount the card on a stiffer board.
How much do artboard signs cost?

How should I set up my artboard sign artwork?
Make the file the finished size plus 5mm bleed on every edge, keep text and logos inside the safe area, and supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.
How long will my artboard signs take to arrive?
Artboard Signs are dispatched 3 business days after your artwork is approved. What if there is a problem with my artboard signs?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your basket once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:
