- Why can 250 flyers cost less than a smaller run?
- Runs of up to 200 flyers are printed digitally and runs of 250 or more on an offset press, which costs less per flyer. On 150gsm gloss, printed one side, 250 A6 flyers cost $77, less than 25 to 200 of the same size ($86 to $100); 250 A5 flyers cost $95, less than 100 to 200 of the same size ($96 to $108); and 250 DL flyers cost $81, less than 25 to 200 of the same size ($86 to $103). This is deliberate, not a pricing error, and the configurator shows when a larger quantity costs less.

We print on 150gsm gloss or 170gsm silk matt stock in four standard sizes: A6 (small postcard), A5 (half-sheet), A4 (full-sheet), and DL (long slim card). Choose single or double-sided printing. Gloss finish gives your colours pop and makes them perfect for direct mail or hand-out campaigns. Use flyers for shop windows, local distribution, events, or door-to-door promotion. Flyers need 3mm bleed on all sides. For A6, artwork is 111×154mm; for A5, 154×216mm; for A4, 216×303mm; for DL, 105×216mm. Safe area is 5mm from trim edge. Supply as PDF in CMYK colour mode. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Resolution 300 dpi at full size. Test that barcode or QR codes are at least 8mm from edges and visible at full size.

We offer four sizes: A6 (105×148mm, small postcard), A5 (148×210mm, half-sheet), A4 (210×297mm, full-sheet), and DL (99×210mm, long slim). Choose the size that suits your content and mailing needs.
Is 150gsm gloss stock suitable for outdoor use?
No. 150gsm gloss and 170gsm silk matt are paper stocks for hand-outs and indoor display. We don't offer a weatherproof flyer stock. For outdoor display, look at our corflute signs.
Can I print on both sides of a flyer?
Yes. Choose single-sided or double-sided printing when configuring your flyer — double-sided is a standard option, not a custom quote.
What is the minimum order for flyers?
Minimum is 25 flyers per design on 150gsm gloss, in every size, single or double sided. 170gsm silk matt also starts at 25. The price per flyer drops as the quantity goes up; the price table shows every quantity. You can order several designs together and reorder any time.
How do flyers compare to postcards?
Our postcards come in the same A6, DL and A5 sizes as flyers. The difference is the stock: postcards are 350gsm artboard, stiff enough to mail or keep, while flyers are lighter 150gsm gloss or 170gsm silk matt paper for hand-outs and letterbox drops. Flyers also come in A4.
Can I add a tear-off section to my flyer design?
No. We don't offer perforated or tear-off flyers. A printed coupon with a dotted cut line works well instead.
How long do gloss flyers last if displayed in a window?
Indoors, behind glass, gloss flyers hold up well for a campaign. Strong sun fades any print over time. We don't offer UV-resistant or laminated flyers, so for long-term outdoor display a corflute sign is the better choice.
What file format should I provide for my flyer?
Supply a PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded, in CMYK colour mode, with 3mm bleed and 300 dpi resolution. We'll review it free before print.
How do your flyer prices compare with other printers?
Our flyer price comparison guide puts our live prices for A6, A5, A4 and DL flyers on 150gsm gloss, printed one side, at 250 to 5,000 next to the published prices of other Australian printers, with the date each price was checked. Some printers are lower on some sizes and quantities, and the guide says so.
How long will my flyers take to arrive?
Flyers are dispatched 4 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Need them sooner? Express is dispatched the next business day after artwork approval, on 150gsm gloss flyers in every size, from 50 to 5,000; the configurator shows the Express price next to Standard and greys it out where it isn't available. Delivery is free Australia-wide.
What if there is a problem with my flyers?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Upload your artwork. In your cart, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.

Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your cart once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
