Most community printing is done by volunteers: a P&C secretary between school runs, a church office open two mornings a week, a club treasurer watching every dollar. So we've made it simple.
Prices on our site are the total you pay, with no GST to add and no quote to chase. Every file gets a free artwork check and a proof you approve before anything prints, so a typo never makes it onto 200 flyers. And when the committee needs to sign off first, you can email the quote to them in one click.
Verified groups also get our community rate on the things they print most: 10% off signs and banners and 5% off business cards, flyers and postcards.

How we check
We look up your ABN on the Australian Business Register and the ACNC charity register. Approved organisations keep the rate for 12 months, then we check again.
Questions groups ask
Do we have to be a registered charity?
No. Registered charities, churches and faith communities, sporting and community clubs, schools, kindergartens, P&Cs and other not-for-profit groups with an ABN can all apply.
Several volunteers order for us. Can they all use it?
The rate is tied to the email address you apply with. Order with that address (or sign in with it) and it applies by itself. If other volunteers order too, reply to your approval email and we will add them.
How long does approval take?
Usually within one business day. We check your ABN on the Australian Business Register and the ACNC charity register, then email you your code.
Can we use it with other offers?
Print pack and bundle savings still apply first. After that it is one discount per order: the community rate or a code, and your basket uses whichever saves you more.
We have an event soon. Can we order before we are approved?
Yes. Order as normal, then reply to your approval email with your order number and we will sort out the difference.
Why are some products not included?
Posters, brochures, stickers, pull-up banners and a few others are already priced as low as we can go, so the price you see is our best price on those.
