Pull-up banners, also called roll up banners or retractable banners, are portable display stands for events, conferences, exhibitions and retail. The printed banner is 850×2000mm and comes fitted to a silver pull up banner stand: the graphic retracts into the base for transport and pulls up again in moments. Graphics are printed on blockout PVC in vibrant colours. Banners arrive ready to use: pull the banner up out of the base and display. Minimum order is 1 banner, so you can start small and reorder as needed.

Supply pull-up banner artwork at 850×2100mm (the trim box), with no extra bleed. The visible area is 850×2000mm: 10mm at the top is hidden in the top rail and 90mm at the bottom feeds into the base. Keep important text and logos at least 50mm from the top, left and right edges and 150mm from the bottom edge, which gives a safe area of 750×1900mm. If a file is supplied at only 850×2000mm, the top and bottom will be extended to fit, which may not look exactly right. Supply as PDF in CMYK colour mode, all fonts outlined or embedded. Resolution 300 dpi is ideal, but 100–150 dpi at full size is acceptable for this wide-format product. We'll verify layout in the free artwork check.

Every pull-up banner comes with a silver retractable stand. The banner rolls back into the base for transport and sets up in moments, which is why they are also called roll up banners or retractable banners.
How stable are pull-up banners in outdoor conditions?
The retractable frame is best suited to indoor and sheltered outdoor use. For very windy conditions, anchor or weight the base.
What is the minimum order for pull-up banners?
Minimum is 1 banner. Order as many or as few as you need. Your reorder link puts the same banner back in your cart at today's price; upload your artwork again.
How do I transport pull-up banners to an event?
The banner retracts into the base of its frame, so the whole unit packs down to one piece just wider than the 850mm banner. One person can carry it to an event.
Can I replace or reorder the banner graphic for my stand?
To change your design, order a new banner with updated artwork. A replacement graphic on its own can't be ordered online, and each new banner comes fitted to its own frame.
How should I set up the content near the bottom of the banner?
Supply artwork at 850×2100mm; 10mm at the top and 90mm at the bottom are hidden in the rail and base. Keep important content at least 50mm from the top, left and right edges and 150mm from the bottom edge.
Do pull-up banners work for long-term indoor displays?
Yes. Pull-up banners are durable for long-term indoor use. For permanent displays, consider corflute or PVC options.
Is the pull-up banner available in other sizes?
Our pull-up banner is printed at a fixed size of 850×2000mm, matched to the retractable frame it ships with.

How long will my pull-Up Banners take to arrive?
Pull-Up Banners are dispatched 2 to 3 business days (depending on quantity) after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Express production is not offered on pull-up banners at the moment. Delivery is priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, and is shown in your cart once you enter your postcode and at checkout before you pay.
What if there is a problem with my pull-Up Banners?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Upload your artwork. In your cart, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your cart once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
- Confirm and proceed with your bulk order.
