White cast gloss paper with a gloss varnish suits indoor labels and packaging seals. White synthetic with a gloss laminate is waterproof and suits bottles, jars, chilled products and bathrooms, for only a little more than paper. Our labels are made for packaging and products kept indoors, not for long-term outdoor use. Clear synthetic prints your design with white ink behind the colours, for a no-label look on glass and clear packaging. Orders start at 500 labels per design, with lower prices per label on larger runs up to 7,000. A free artwork check is included, with an instant online proof (manual proof $15).

Make your artwork the finished label size and add 1.5mm bleed on every edge (for a 50 x 50mm label the file is 53 x 53mm). Keep text and logos at least 2mm inside the trim edge. Supply a single-page PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts embedded or outlined. You do not need to draw the cut line for our standard shapes. For clear labels, white ink is printed behind the colours; if parts of the design should stay see-through, choose the manual proof so a person can confirm the white areas with you before printing.

Eight sizes: 25mm, 40mm, 50mm and 75mm circles, 50 x 50mm and 75 x 75mm squares, and 90 x 55mm and 100 x 50mm rectangles. Other sizes and custom die-cut shapes are not part of the range.
Which sticker stock should I choose?
White gloss paper suits indoor labels, packaging seals and giveaways. White synthetic with a gloss laminate is waterproof, so it suits bottles, jars, chilled products and bathrooms. None of our label stocks is made for outdoor use: in direct sun a laminated label can lift and warp within weeks. Clear synthetic suits glass and clear packaging where you want the design to look printed straight onto the surface.
Are the stickers waterproof?
The white synthetic labels are waterproof and gloss laminated. Paper labels have a gloss varnish that resists light splashes, but they are best kept to indoor and dry use.
Can I put the labels on cold, wet or warm products?
The white synthetic labels suit fridge and freezer products, damp containers and warm surfaces such as candle jars. For any label, apply it at room temperature to a clean, dry surface: wipe off condensation, oil or dust first, or the adhesive won't hold. Paper labels are best kept dry.
How do clear labels print?
Clear labels are printed with white ink behind the colours so the design stays bright on glass and clear packaging. If you want parts of the design to stay see-through, choose the manual proof and we will confirm the white areas with you before printing.
Do the stickers come on a roll or on sheets?
They come kiss-cut on a roll, so each label peels away from the backing paper. Rolls make labels quick to apply by hand. Labels are printed in lanes across the press, so how many fit on each roll depends on the label size, and an order can arrive on several rolls. If you need a set number of labels on each roll, ask us for a quote first, as it usually costs more.
What is the minimum order for stickers?
500 labels per design. You can order larger runs up to 7,000, and the price per label drops as the quantity goes up.
How should I set up my sticker artwork?
Make the file the finished label size plus 1.5mm bleed on every edge, and keep text and logos at least 2mm inside the trim. Supply a PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi. We check every file free before printing.
Can I reorder the same sticker design?
Yes. Your reorder link puts the same options back in your cart at today's price. Add your artwork again before you check out.
How do your sticker prices compare with other printers?
Our sticker price comparison guide puts our live prices for roll stickers on white gloss paper, in five sizes at 500 to 5,000, next to the published prices of other Australian label printers, with the date each price was checked. Some printers are lower on some sizes and quantities, and the guide says so.
How long will my stickers take to arrive?
Stickers are dispatched 4 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Express production is not offered on stickers at the moment. Delivery is free Australia-wide.
What if there is a problem with my stickers?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Prices and minimum quantities are per design: different names or artwork count as separate designs, so tell us how many designs you need. The estimated delivery date range is shown on the page.

Upload your artwork. In your cart, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.

Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your cart once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
