Business cards are the smallest sales tool in your pocket. Ours are printed in full colour on one or both sides, and you build the card one choice at a time: the size, the card, the sides, the laminate, then any special effect, colour, round corners and holes. The card: 350gsm is our standard weight, with 310gsm a little lighter, and 400gsm and 450gsm thicker and more substantial. For something different, choose a speciality card: 350gsm recycled, smooth uncoated card you can write on, superfine smooth, eggshell, white linen or linen, white felt, natural board, a loyalty card stock, waterproof synthetic (Yupo) or extra thick 700gsm STAX with a coloured middle layer. Speciality cards come without laminate, except the loyalty card, which can have matt or gloss laminate on the front. The laminate: none, or matt, gloss or velvet (soft-touch) laminate on both sides or on the front only, or gloss on the front with matt on the back. Then, for a premium card, a special effect: spot UV highlights, raised clear gloss (Scodix) or metallic foil, with the foil colour as its own step (gold, silver, rose gold, copper and other colours). Special effects come on matt or velvet laminate on both sides. Round corners and drilled holes are the last two steps, with their price shown before you add them. Not every finish suits every card, so the configurator greys out any combination we can't print and tells you why. Quantities start at 25 cards on 350gsm double sided with no laminate and run up to 10,000. We include a free artwork check and an instant online proof (manual proof $15) before print, so you can review colour and placement.

| Quantities | From 25 to 10,000 cards per design, depending on the card and finish |
| Artwork | PDF, CMYK, 3mm bleed, 300 dpi |
Business cards require 3mm bleed on all sides (96x61mm artwork for a 90x55mm card). Safe area is 5mm from edge on all sides. Supply artwork as PDF in CMYK colour mode with all fonts outlined or embedded. Resolution must be 300 dpi at full size. Include colour swatches to reference on-screen. Check that logos and fine text are at least 5mm from all edges to avoid trimming. For spot UV, raised gloss or foil, supply a second page in solid black showing only the areas to be finished, matched exactly to the artwork. For round corners, keep text well clear of the corners; for drilled holes, mark the size and position on your artwork.

Download a business card templateWhat size is a standard Australian business card?
The standard size is 90 by 55 millimetres. This is the most common business card size used in Australia and fits standard card holders. We also print 90 x 50mm, 86 x 54mm (credit card size), 90 x 45mm and double-width 180 x 54mm cards.
Which stock should I choose for my business cards?
350gsm is our standard weight and suits most cards. 400gsm and 450gsm feel thicker and more substantial, and 310gsm is a little lighter. For a texture or a look that stands out, choose a speciality card such as linen, felt, eggshell, recycled, smooth uncoated card you can write on, or extra thick 700gsm STAX with a coloured middle layer.
What is the difference between matt, gloss and velvet laminate?
Laminate is a thin protective film that resists scuffs and bending. Matt is glare-free, gloss makes colours bright and shiny, and velvet (soft-touch) has a silky feel. You can laminate both sides, or the front only so the back is plain card.
Do you do spot UV, foil and raised business cards?
Yes. Spot UV adds shiny highlights to parts of the front, on matt or velvet laminate. Raised gloss (Scodix) is clear gloss you can feel, on velvet laminate. Foil comes in gold, matt gold, rose gold, silver, matt silver, copper, red, magenta, electric blue, navy blue and holographic, on matt or velvet laminate depending on the colour. Choose the laminate first, then the special effect; the configurator says which laminate each effect needs.
Can I get round corners?
Yes. Round corners come in 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10mm, on all four corners. Which sizes you can choose depends on the card and finish; the configurator shows the extra cost before you add them.
Do business cards print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided is standard, so you can use the back for a QR code, extra contact details or a second language. Single-sided is also available if you want a plain back.
What is the minimum order for business cards?
It depends on the card and finish. 350gsm double sided with no laminate starts at 25 cards per design, many cards start at 100, and most laminated cards start at 250. The configurator shows the smallest quantity for each option. You can reorder at any time using your reorder link.
Why is the "from" price lower than the price of the standard card?
The from price is the lowest order total across every card we offer, and it always names the card it is for, such as a short run of smooth uncoated card printed one side. Our standard card, 350gsm printed both sides with no laminate, starts a little higher. The configurator and the price tables show the exact total for whichever card, sides and finish you choose.
Why can 250 business cards cost less than 100?
Runs of up to 200 cards are printed digitally and runs of 250 or more on an offset press. Digital printing costs more per card, so on some cards, including our standard 350gsm double-sided card, 250 cards cost less in total than 50 to 200. This is deliberate, not a pricing error, and the configurator tells you when a larger quantity costs less.
How do your business card prices compare with other printers?
Our business card price comparison guide puts our live prices for 100 to 1,000 standard 350gsm cards, printed one or both sides, plain or matt laminated, next to the published prices of other Australian printers, with delivery added and the date each price was checked. Some printers are lower on some cards and quantities, and the guide says so.
Why can't I choose some options?
Not every finish can go on every card. Speciality cards such as linen, felt and recycled come without laminate, foil and spot UV need a laminated card, and some sizes only come on certain cards. Options that don't go with your earlier choices are greyed out with a short note saying why.
How long will my business Cards take to arrive?
Most business cards are dispatched 4 business days after your artwork is approved. STAX cards are made on a weekly run and take longer, and a few other options add a day or two; the Get it by range on this page is worked out for the options you choose and your postcode. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. Need them sooner? Express is dispatched the next business day after artwork approval, on 90 x 55mm cards in most stocks and finishes, from 100 to 2,000 (400gsm with matt or gloss laminate up to 10,000); the configurator shows the Express price next to Standard and greys it out where it isn't available. Delivery is free Australia-wide.
What if there is a problem with my business Cards?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Ordering, delivery and artwork help
How Ordering Works
-
Configure your product. Select size, stock, quantity, and finish options from the product page. Prices update as you choose. Prices and minimum quantities are per design: different names or artwork count as separate designs, so tell us how many designs you need. The estimated delivery date range is shown on the page.
-
Upload your artwork. In your cart, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.
-
Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.
-
Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.
-
Pay securely. Complete payment through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. No GST is charged. Once you have paid and approved your proof, your order goes to print.
-
Print and dispatch. Your order is dispatched a set number of business days after your artwork is approved, as shown on the product page. We arrange courier delivery across Australia and email tracking details.
-
Receive your order. If we made a print error, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your cart once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.
Upload your PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded for print safety.

Read the guidelinesBulk and Ongoing Orders
Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:
- Fill in the bulk order form with your details, product, quantity, and timeline.
- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
- Confirm and proceed with your bulk order.
If we make a print error or something doesn't match your approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.
