Churches and faith communities print all year. There is the service sheet on the weekend, a welcome card for visitors, and a banner at the door for the big days. Most of it is organised by volunteers or a small office on a tight budget. This page covers what churches and faith communities usually order, when to order for Christmas and Easter, and our community rate.

What churches and faith communities print

Service sheets and newsletters. A folded brochure is the usual format. An A4 sheet folded to A5 gives four pages for the order of service, notices and rosters. An A4 sheet folded to DL gives six slimmer panels. Brochures start at 50 per design. 100 A4 sheets folded to A5 cost $157 on 100gsm uncoated paper or $168 on 150gsm gloss, delivered free with no GST to add. Each design is priced as its own print run. Many churches print a set design for a season, a special service or a welcome pack, and keep weekly notices in the office.

Christmas and Easter flyers and invitation cards. Flyers suit a letterbox drop around the local streets. 1,000 DL flyers printed both sides on 150gsm gloss cost $138. Invitation cards that members hand to friends and neighbours work well as A6 postcards. 250 cost $117 on 350gsm artboard.

Welcome and prayer cards. Postcards in A6 (105 x 148mm) or DL (99 x 210mm) make good welcome cards, prayer cards and connection cards. 100 DL cards printed both sides cost $103. Choose no laminate if people will write on them.

Banners, pull-up banners and A-frames. A pull-up banner welcomes people in the foyer and travels to community events. A PVC banner with eyelets goes on the front fence for Christmas, Easter or an anniversary. An A-frame sign on the footpath tells passers-by the service times.

Corflute signs for carols, fetes and courses. Corflute signs are light, weatherproof boards for carols nights, fetes, op shop sales, playgroups and courses. One 600 x 900mm sign costs $63 and ten cost $143, plus delivery priced by postcode.

Christmas and Easter order-by dates

Christmas 2026. Order by Friday 4 December 2026 for standard delivery before Christmas services. With artwork approved that day, brochures, flyers and postcards on a 4-day dispatch are estimated to arrive by Friday 18 December in Queensland, New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria and South Australia, and by Wednesday 23 December in Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Invitation cards and letterbox flyers need to be handed out before then, so order those in November.

Easter 2027. Easter Sunday is 28 March 2027. Order by Friday 5 March 2027. Print is then estimated to arrive by Friday 19 March, before Palm Sunday, in Queensland, New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria and South Australia, and by Wednesday 24 March, before Good Friday, in Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

These dates are estimates, not a promise. They allow one business day for your proof, the dispatch time, and the usual courier time for each state. Brochures, flyers and postcards are dispatched 4 to 6 business days after you approve your proof, and the configurator shows the exact days for your options. If it shows more than 4, order earlier. Signs and banners are dispatched sooner, but economy delivery to some areas, such as Perth, can take 12 to 14 business days. Choose express delivery in your basket, or order a week earlier. Community rate

Verified charities, churches, clubs, schools and P&Cs get our community rate. It is 10% off signage and banners (corflute signs, A-frame signs, PVC banners and PVC signs) and 5% off business cards, flyers and postcards. Other products are already at our lowest price. The discount applies automatically once your organisation is verified. There is no minimum spend, and the discount is capped at $200 off an order. Apply for the community rate.

Artwork and proofs

Every order gets a free artwork check and an instant online proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it. If you print song words or Bible translations, check that your copyright licence covers printed copies. We print what you supply, and you are responsible for the content. Ask a second person to check names, dates and service times on the proof.
