Free delivery on print products Australia-wide. Dispatch is 2 to 7 business days after artwork approval; posters, signs and banners are priced by size and postcode, from $17.
Down Under Print delivers Australia-wide by courier. Most orders are dispatched 2 to 4 business days after your artwork is approved (magnetic fridge calendars 7), and delivery usually takes 1 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on where you are. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode, shown in your cart before you pay. We are based in Queensland and there is no pickup.
Delivery cost
Free delivery on print products. Business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, folded brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars are delivered free of charge to any Australian address.
Delivery on wide format is priced by size, quantity and postcode. For posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners and pull-up banners, delivery is based on real courier rates for the size of your order and your delivery postcode. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Delivery starts from $17.

Remote and regional areas, such as outback Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, regional Western Australia, the Northern Territory and far north Queensland, cost more because courier rates are higher there. We deliver everywhere in Australia, including printing delivered to Darwin, printing for Hobart, printing for the Sunshine Coast and printing for Newcastle.
The exact delivery cost is shown in your cart once you enter your postcode, and again at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment. No GST is charged: we are not registered for GST, so the price you see is the total you pay (why no GST is charged).
Dispatch time
Dispatch is counted in business days from the day your artwork is approved: the day you approve your instant online proof, or the manual proof we send you.

If you choose the manual proof ($15 per design), it is usually ready within one business day of your artwork arriving. A quick approval keeps your order on schedule. Orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day start that day. Express, dispatched the next business day after artwork approval, is available on business cards, flyers, letterheads, compliment slips and presentation folders for the options and quantities that show an Express price in the configurator. Delivery time after dispatch
These are estimates in business days after dispatch. Couriers set the final delivery time, and the "Get it by" date range on each product page is our estimate based on your postcode.

Tracking
Once we dispatch your order, tracking information is sent to the email address on your order.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the parcel and the goods. We lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome. See our refund policy for faulty prints.
