Postcards are compact, affordable, and postage-efficient for direct mail campaigns. We print in full colour on one or both sides of durable 350gsm artboard, in A6, DL and A5. A6 (105×148mm) and DL (99×210mm) start from 25 per design; A5 (148×210mm) starts from 250. They work well for announcements, promotions and seasonal campaigns. Postcards arrive ready to mail. Include your message and call-to-action on the back. We include a free artwork check and instant online proof (manual proof $15) so you can verify layout and address placement. Artwork check is included at no cost. Minimum order is 25 postcards per design (250 for A5).

Postcards require 3mm bleed on all sides. For A6, artwork is 111×154mm; for DL, 105×216mm; for A5, 154×216mm. Safe area is 5mm from trim. Design the back with address space on the right half and message on the left half for DL postcards. Supply as PDF in CMYK colour mode, all fonts outlined or embedded, 300 dpi resolution. Ensure address text is at least 10pt for legibility.

We print postcards to size on 350gsm card, but we don't certify them for any postal service. Before you mail, check Australia Post's website for current rates and the size and weight limits for the size you choose.
What is the difference between A6 and DL postcard sizes?
A6 (105×148mm) is the compact size. DL (99×210mm) is longer and slimmer, and works upright or landscape. DL postcards suit longer messages or two-column layouts. A5 (148×210mm) is the largest, from 250.
Can I print addresses on the postcards or do I need to apply labels?
If every card carries the same address, such as a reply address, include it in your design file. We don't print a different address on each card, so for a mailing list use address labels.
What stock are postcards printed on?
Postcards are printed on durable 350gsm artboard, giving a solid, mail-ready feel without extra cost.
What is the minimum order for postcards?
Minimum is 25 postcards per design for A6 and DL, and 250 for A5. The price per card drops as the quantity goes up; the price table shows every quantity. Reorder any time from your reorder link.
How do I arrange postage for my mailed postcards?
We print and deliver postcards to you in Australia. Postage is your responsibility. Australia Post offers bulk mail rates for large campaigns; check their website for options.
Are postcards printed on one side or both?
Either. Double-sided is the default, in full colour on both sides. Choose single-sided if you want the back left plain for a handwritten message, address and stamp.
How should I set up my file for address printing on postcards?
Reserve the right half of the back for address and postage space. Leave at least 15mm margin on all edges for address placement. We include a free artwork check to verify layout.
How long will my postcards take to arrive?
Postcards are dispatched 4 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Express production is not offered on postcards at the moment. Delivery is free Australia-wide.
What if there is a problem with my postcards?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Prices and minimum quantities are per design: different names or artwork count as separate designs, so tell us how many designs you need. The estimated delivery date range is shown on the page.

Upload your artwork. In your cart, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.

Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

Pay securely. Complete payment through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. No GST is charged. Once you have paid and approved your proof, your order goes to print.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your cart once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
- Confirm and proceed with your bulk order.
