Vinyl stickers are cut right around the edge of your design (a contour cut), so the shape follows your logo or artwork. They are durable, waterproof and long-lasting, and suit labels, branding and decals for products, vehicles, windows, equipment and merchandise. We print five sizes: 50 x 50mm, 75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm, 150 x 150mm and 55 x 90mm. The range of vinyls is the big advantage. Choose monomeric vinyl for general-purpose stickers at the lowest price, polymeric air-release vinyl for longer-term use, removable and repositional vinyl for stickers that must peel off, hi-tack vinyl for rough or oily surfaces, real estate vinyl for signs, Tekdot for dot-adhesive reuse, and electrostatic (static cling) white or clear film for windows. On the clear films you can add white ink, reverse printing for inside glass, or print two sides. Orders run from 25 to 1,000 per design. For thousands of stickers, see our die-cut stickers or sticker labels. A free artwork check is included, with an instant online proof (manual proof $15).

Vinyl sticker artwork is the finished size plus 3mm bleed beyond the cut line. Draw the contour cut line as a separate spot-colour path named CutContour on its own layer, and keep text and logos at least 2mm inside it. For white ink, supply a separate white layer. Supply a single-page PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.

Full artwork guidelines for Vinyl Stickers (contour cut)

Artwork guidelines

Bleed, safe area, colour and file-format rules for print-ready artwork.

Read the artwork guidelines
What is a contour cut?

The sticker is cut around the outline of your design, so the sticker has the shape of your artwork rather than a plain rectangle. Supply the cut line as a separate path on its own layer.

What is the difference between vinyl stickers, die-cut stickers and sticker labels?

Vinyl stickers (this page) give you a choice of 12 vinyls and run from 25 to 1,000 in five sizes up to 150 x 150mm. Die-cut stickers are laser cut to your shape in 19 sizes up to 300 x 300mm, from 500 (100 at 50 x 50mm). Sticker labels are standard circles, squares and rectangles on a roll, from 500. For stickers bigger than 150mm, see large format stickers.

Which vinyl should I choose?

Monomeric vinyl is the lowest-priced and suits most indoor and short-term outdoor use. Polymeric air-release vinyl lasts longer outside. Removable and repositional vinyls peel off cleanly. Hi-tack vinyl grips rough surfaces. Electrostatic film clings to glass with no glue.

Are vinyl stickers waterproof and can they go outside?

Yes. Vinyl does not absorb water, so these stickers handle rain, washing and spills. Outdoors, polymeric vinyl typically outlasts monomeric; life depends on sun and exposure. Static cling film holds with no adhesive, so it suits glass only.

What is white ink for?

On clear film, white ink is printed behind the colours so the design looks solid instead of see-through. You can supply a separate white layer, or tell us at the proof stage.

What surfaces do they stick to?

Clean, dry, smooth surfaces such as glass, painted metal, plastic and laminate. Use hi-tack vinyl for rough or oily surfaces. Wipe off dust and grease first, and test removable vinyl on a small area.

How much do vinyl stickers cost?

Prices start at $87 for 25 (50 x 50mm, monomeric vinyl, single sided), and the price per item falls as the quantity goes up. The configurator shows the live price for every size, vinyl and finish before you order. The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.

What is the minimum order for vinyl stickers?

The smallest order is 25. Some options start at a higher quantity; the configurator shows the available quantities for the option you choose.

How should I set up my vinyl sticker artwork?

Make the file the finished size plus 3mm bleed on every edge, keep text and logos inside the safe area, and supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.

How long will my vinyl stickers take to arrive?

Vinyl stickers are dispatched 3 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.

What if there is a problem with my vinyl stickers?

If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Ordering, delivery and artwork help

How Ordering Works

  1. Configure your product. Select size, stock, quantity, and finish options from the product page. Prices update as you choose. Prices and minimum quantities are per design: different names or artwork count as separate designs, so tell us how many designs you need. The estimated delivery date range is shown on the page.

  2. Upload your artwork. In your basket, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

  3. Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.

  4. Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

  5. Pay securely. Complete payment through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. No GST is charged. Once you have paid and approved your proof, your order goes to print.

  6. Print and dispatch. Your order is dispatched a set number of business days after your artwork is approved, as shown on the product page. We arrange courier delivery across Australia and email tracking details.

  7. Receive your order. If we made a print error, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.

Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.

Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your basket once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.

Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.

Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Artwork Help

What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.

What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.

What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.

Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.

Paid artwork add-ons are available:

  • Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
  • Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Upload your PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded for print safety.

Bulk and Ongoing Orders

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.

Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.

Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.

Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.

Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

  1. Fill in the bulk order form with your details, product, quantity, and timeline.
  2. We will review your request and send a custom quote.
  3. Confirm and proceed with your bulk order.

If we make a print error or something doesn't match your approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.

Contact us for bulk order enquiries at any time. We'll provide support for ongoing supply and pricing flexibility.
