A floor standee is a large printed board that stands on the floor on its own, used for point-of-sale promotions, event entrances, shopfront sandwich-board replacements and photo props. They are an easy way to make a promotion stand out in a shop or on a footpath without a frame. Choose your board: 3mm or 5mm corrugated plastic (corflute) is the lowest-priced and lightest. 3mm foamed PVC is smoother and more rigid, and 5mm or 10mm KAPAplast is a lightweight foam board for premium indoor displays. We print six sizes: 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm, 600 x 1800mm, 900 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm, in full colour. Delivery is priced by size and quantity. Floor standee artwork is the board size plus 5mm bleed on all edges, so a 600 x 900mm standee needs a 610 x 910mm file. Keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim edge, and keep key content above the lowest 100mm, which sits at floor level. Supply a single-page PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded; 100 to 150 dpi at full size is fine. We check every file free before printing.

It has a support on the back so it stands upright on the floor. The proof shows the board and its position.
What sizes are available?
Six sizes: 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm, 600 x 1800mm, 900 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm. The 1200mm-wide sizes are large and oversize, and delivery is priced for your postcode in the basket.
Which material should I pick?
Corrugated plastic is the lowest-priced and lightest, and handles damp. Foamed PVC is smoother and stiffer. KAPAplast is the lightest rigid board for premium indoor use. For tall standees, choose 5mm or thicker so the board stays flat.
Can I put them outdoors?
Corrugated plastic and foamed PVC handle short-term outdoor use in calm weather. Weigh down or secure them in wind, and bring them in at night. KAPAplast is for indoor use.
Are standees printed on both sides?
No. A standee is printed on the front only. The back carries the support.
How does a standee compare with an A-frame or a Toblerone sign?
A standee is a single flat board with a rear support. An A-frame sign is double-sided and folds into an A shape, so people see it from both directions. A Toblerone sign has three faces. Choose a standee for a life-size promotion or cut-out look.
Why is the price for 1, 2 and 3 small standees so close?
On the 450 x 600mm and 600 x 900mm sizes, adding a second or third standee adds only a small amount. The configurator shows the total for each quantity.
How much do floor standees cost?
Prices start at $77 for 1 (600 x 900mm, 3mm corrugated plastic), and the price per item falls as the quantity goes up. The configurator shows the live price for every size and material before you order. The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What is the minimum order for floor standees?
The smallest order is 1. Some options start at a higher quantity; the configurator shows the available quantities for the option you choose.
How should I set up my floor standee artwork?
Make the file the finished size plus 5mm bleed on every edge, keep text and logos inside the safe area, and supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.
How long will my floor standees take to arrive?
Floor Standees are dispatched 2 to 9 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What if there is a problem with my floor standees?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Upload your artwork. In your basket, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.

Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your basket once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:
