A pull-up banner is the simplest event display. A table cloth covers the front of your table in branding. A fabric display stand or media wall gives a larger, seamless backdrop. X-frame banners are a lighter stand, and flags mark your spot from outside. Most stalls need two or three of these rather than one.
Pull-up banner

X-frame banner

Fabric display stand

Fabric media wall

Table cloth
A printed cloth for a 4ft, 6ft or 8ft trestle table, in stretch or premium fabric. Pick a fitted, straight, throw or open-back style. Flags

What to buy
- Market stall: a printed table cloth plus one small flag or one pull-up banner. This is the lowest-cost way to look branded.
- Expo booth: a media wall or fabric display stand behind you, a pull-up banner to one side, and a table cloth in front.
- Conference or networking event: one or two pull-up banners and a table cloth. Add an X-frame banner if space is tight.
- Shop or pop-up: a fabric display stand or X-frame banner inside, and a flag outside.
- Photo or stage backdrop: a media wall.
Practical notes
Indoor displays are not made for wind, so keep them inside or sheltered.
