Table Cloths for Sydney businesses
Sydney's exhibition halls, weekend markets and corporate events all put a table in front of the public, and a printed table cloth turns it into a branded stand. We print cloths for 4ft, 6ft and 8ft trestle tables in expo stretch or premium fabric, in five fits: tight fitted, straight fit, straight fit open back, open back and loose throw. A 6ft trestle cloth starts at $245 for 1 (6ft trestle table, premium fabric, single sided, loose throw), and a tight-fitted 6ft cloth, which looks sharpest on a stand, starts at $250 for 1 (6ft trestle table, expo stretch, single sided).
Check your table before you order. Venues, markets and hire companies use different trestles, so measure the length and the drop to the floor. At a trade expo you will want a fit that hides storage under the table, so choose a tight or straight fit; if staff need to reach under the table from behind, choose an open-back fit. Colours print full colour on one side, with the logo placed where the front of the table meets the eye line. For a bigger display, combine the cloth with a pull-up banner behind the table and compare fabric media walls for a full backdrop. Our market stall setup checklist covers what else to bring.
Who orders Table Cloths in Sydney
Exhibitors at conferences and trade shows book a table or a booth and need it branded. Weekend market stallholders and food vendors want a cloth that wipes clean. Real estate agencies, banks and professional firms use cloths at information nights and open days, and event and wedding suppliers use them for sign-in and display tables.
Sydney events & seasonal calendar
- Sydney Festival (January): food and merchandise stalls set up tables
- Royal Easter Show (around Easter, Sydney Olympic Park): exhibitors and sponsors dress tables and stands
- Vivid Sydney (late May into June): brand activations and pop-ups need branded tables
- Conference and expo season (autumn and spring): exhibitors at ICC Sydney and suburban venues order cloths
Local signage rules
Markets and exhibition venues set their own rules about stand size, fire safety and what you can bring. Food stalls follow council food safety rules, so keep food on trays or boards rather than directly on the print. Check with the market or venue manager before you order.
Sydney FAQs
What size cloth do I need for an expo table in Sydney?
Match the cloth to the trestle you are given: 4ft for a small table, 6ft for the standard trestle and 8ft for a large trestle. Ask the exhibition organiser for the table size before you order.
Which fit looks best on a stand?
Tight fitted wraps closely for a tailored look, straight fit hangs square to the floor, and loose throw drapes and is quicker to put on. Open-back versions leave the back open so staff can reach storage.
Can I use a printed cloth outdoors at a market?
Yes at markets and events, as it dries quickly, but it is fabric, not waterproof, so clip it to the table in wind.
Can I wash the cloth?
Yes. Wash gently in cool water and air dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing the printed side.
How much are table cloths in Sydney, and is GST added?
A 6ft trestle cloth starts at $245 for 1 (6ft trestle table, premium fabric, single sided, loose throw), and a tight-fitted 6ft cloth starts at $250 for 1 (6ft trestle table, expo stretch, single sided). The 4ft size starts lower and the 8ft higher, and the price panel shows every live price. The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added.
How long do table cloths take to reach Sydney?
Dispatch is 3 business days after your artwork is approved, then delivery to Sydney is estimated in the delivery box on this page. Table cloths are priced for delivery by size, quantity and postcode, and the delivery price is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, before you pay.
