Table Cloths for Events & Weddings
A printed table cloth turns any trestle into a branded counter, and it hides boxes, cables and stock underneath. Event organisers, stall holders and wedding businesses use them for welcome desks, product tables and dessert displays.
We print cloths for 4ft (1.2m), 6ft (1.8m) and 8ft (2.4m) trestle tables. Pick expo stretch, which fits snugly, or premium fabric for a heavier drape. Choose the fit: tight fitted, straight fit, loose throw, or open-back styles that leave the back open so you can reach under the table. Single-sided printing. Orders start at one cloth, a free artwork check is included and dispatch is about 3 business days after approval. Delivery is priced by postcode.
Measure the tables before you order and ask the venue which trestle sizes it uses, since hire tables vary. Decide whether guests or staff need to reach under the table: open-back styles suit a welcome desk where you store bags and stock beneath. Order well ahead of the event, approve the proof carefully, and unpack the cloths a few days early so any creases can drop out.

It is fabric, so it is best under cover or in fair weather.
