Fabric Media Walls for Brisbane businesses
Brisbane's event year gives a media wall plenty of use: school formals and graduations, sponsor walls at sport and festivals, launch nights and conferences at the Convention Centre. We print stretch-fabric media walls in two widths, 2400mm and 3000mm, on one side or both. The print on its own starts at $303 for 1 (2400mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided), and the print with a frame starts at $516 for 1 (2400mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided, with frame). A 3000mm wide print starts at $396 for 1 (3000mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided), which gives a group photo more room.
Plan the artwork for the room. Schools and community groups often want a simple repeated logo and a bright colour, which prints well on stretch fabric and looks good in phone photos. Corporate events usually want the brand repeated in a neat grid with space in the middle for the speaker or the guests. Use a wall indoors or under cover, because Brisbane's afternoon storms and a wide solid wall do not mix. When the event is over, the fabric packs into a bag for storage. If you only need a table display, see table cloths, or compare pull-up banners for a narrower backdrop.
Who orders Fabric Media Walls in Brisbane
Schools and universities use walls for formals, graduations and open days. Event organisers and sponsors use them at the Ekka, festivals and sporting events. Corporate teams and agencies run launches and conferences that need a press or stage backdrop, and community groups and charities use them at fundraising nights.
Brisbane events & seasonal calendar
- School formal and graduation season (late in the year): photo walls for students and families
- Ekka (August): sponsors and exhibitors order backdrops
- Brisbane Festival (September): launches, press calls and sponsor walls
- End-of-year events (November and December): corporate parties, awards and charity nights
Local signage rules
Venues set their own rules for bump-in, bracing and what may be fixed or hung. Convention centres, schools and hotels can limit how you set up a frame or require approval for equipment. A freestanding frame needs no fixing, but ask the venue about access, set-up times and floor loading before you order.
Brisbane FAQs
Which width suits a school formal in Brisbane?
2400mm suits a photo corner for couples and small groups. 3000mm gives room for larger groups. Check the space with the school or venue before you order.
Can I use a media wall outside at a Brisbane event?
Only on a calm day. A wide solid wall catches wind like a sail, and afternoon storms can come up fast. Indoor or under cover is the safe choice.
How is the wall put up?
On a frame, which you can order with the print or supply yourself. Most walls are put up in minutes by two people.
Can I print both sides?
Yes, with double-sided printing and a two-page PDF. Single-sided is lower priced, and the price panel shows the live difference.
How much is a media wall in Brisbane, and is GST added?
The print on its own starts at $303 for 1 (2400mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided), and the print with a frame starts at $516 for 1 (2400mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided, with frame). A 3000mm wide print starts at $396 for 1 (3000mm wide, stretch fabric, single sided). The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added. The price panel shows each live price as you change size, sides and frame.
How long does a media wall take to reach Brisbane?
Dispatch is 3 business days after your artwork is approved, then delivery to Brisbane is estimated in the delivery box on this page. Media walls are priced for delivery by size, quantity and postcode, and the delivery price is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, before you pay. Order well before the event.
