Booklets suit anything with more pages than a brochure can hold: menus, programs, product catalogues, annual reports, event guides, training manuals and club handbooks. We print them in five sizes: A6 (105 x 148mm), A5 (148 x 210mm), A4 (210 x 297mm), DL (99 x 210mm) and A3 (297 x 420mm, in runs of 500). Page counts run from 4 up to 120. The binding decides the price and the feel. Saddle stitch (stapled through the fold) is the lowest-priced route and the one most customers choose for 4 to 56 pages. Perfect binding gives a flat glued spine you can print on, for thicker books. Wire binding (silver, black or white) lets the book lie flat, and wiro books add a printed cover with a clear or matt PVC front and a PVC or leather-grain back. Choose a self cover, where the cover is the same paper as the inside, or a heavier cover from 100gsm up to 350gsm in gloss, matt, uncoated, recycled or artboard, with optional matt laminate on the cover. Inside pages come in 90gsm to 350gsm stocks. A free artwork check is included, with an instant online proof (manual proof $15).

Booklet artwork is supplied as single pages in reading order, each page the finished size plus 3mm bleed on all edges: 154 x 216mm for an A5 booklet or 216 x 303mm for A4. Keep text and logos at least 5mm inside the trim, and 10mm from the spine edge on perfect-bound and wire-bound books. For saddle stitch the page count must be a multiple of 4. Supply one PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts outlined or embedded, and add a separate cover file if you chose a heavier cover. We check every file free before printing.

Saddle stitch (staples through the fold) is the lowest-priced option and suits booklets of 4 to 56 pages. Perfect binding gives a glued, squared spine that you can print on, and suits thicker books. Wire binding and wiro let the book open flat, which is best for manuals, workbooks and recipe books.
What is the difference between a self cover and a heavier cover?
A self cover uses the same paper as the inside pages, so it is the cheapest choice. A heavier cover (from 100gsm up to 350gsm) feels sturdier, protects the pages and can be laminated. Choose it for booklets that will be handled often.
How many pages can my booklet have?
From 4 up to 120 pages, depending on the binding. Saddle-stitched booklets need a page count in multiples of 4 (4, 8, 12 and so on). The configurator only offers the page counts that can be made for the options you have chosen.
What is a wiro book?
A wiro (twin-loop wire) book is bound with a wire spiral so it opens flat and the cover can fold right back. Ours add a printed cover and your choice of a clear or matt PVC front and a PVC or leather-grain back cover. Wiro books are made in small runs.
How much do booklets cost?
Prices start at $147 for 1 (A5 148 x 210mm, 150gsm gloss), and the price per item falls as the quantity goes up. The configurator shows the live price for every size, binding, page count, paper and cover before you order. The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What is the minimum order for booklets?
The smallest order is 1. Saddle-stitched booklets are available from a single copy; wiro books start at a higher quantity.
How should I set up my booklet artwork?
Make the file the finished size plus 3mm bleed on every edge, keep text and logos inside the safe area, and supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.
How long will my booklets take to arrive?
Booklets are dispatched 4 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What if there is a problem with my booklets?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Upload your artwork. In your basket, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.

Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.

Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your basket once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.

Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:

- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
