How much is a polypropylene sign? 1 sign · $127
One polypropylene sign (600 x 900mm, 0.8mm polypropylene, single sided) costs $127 (total price, no GST charged). Delivery is priced by postcode, from $17 for this order, and shown in your basket before you pay. Orders are dispatched 3 business days after you approve your proof. There is no minimum order.
Polypropylene (PP) sheet is a thin, flexible, waterproof plastic. It is lighter than corflute, which makes it useful for hanging signs, wall posters in damp spots, window displays and temporary signs that need to be waterproof. We print it in 0.8mm and 1.4mm thicknesses. Choose from six sizes (300 x 450mm, 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm, 900 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm), and print one side or both sides. Add edge taping to one, two, three or four sides to make fixing quick. The thin sheets are flexible, so for a sign that stands without support choose corflute or PVC. You can order a single sign. A free artwork check is included, with an instant online proof (manual proof $15).
Common uses
- Hanging and wall signs in damp or humid spots
- Window and shopfront temporary displays
- Real estate and event signs in large runs
- Menu and price signs
- Posters that must survive spills and humidity

| Material | Polypropylene sheet, 0.8mm or 1.4mm |
| Printing | Full-colour CMYK, one or two sides |
| Finishes | Trimmed to size, or with edge taping on one to four sides |
| Minimum | From 1 sign per design |
|---|---|
| Artwork | PDF, CMYK, 5mm bleed, 10mm safe area, 100 to 150 dpi at full size |
| Lowest price | $105.00 for 1 (300 x 450mm, 0.8mm polypropylene, single sided), total price, no GST charged |
Polypropylene sign artwork is the sign size plus 5mm bleed on all edges, so a 600 x 900mm sign needs a 610 x 910mm file. Keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim edge, and a little further in on the edges you choose to tape. For double-sided signs supply a two-page PDF. Use CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded; 100 to 150 dpi at full size is fine for signs read from a metre or more away. We check every file free before printing.

Read the artwork guidelinesIs polypropylene waterproof?
Yes. Polypropylene does not absorb water, so it handles spills, humidity and light rain. It is still best for temporary outdoor use; for permanent signs choose ACM or PVC.
What sizes are available?
Six sizes from 300 x 450mm up to 1200 x 2400mm. The 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm sizes are large and oversize, and the 0.8mm sheet is offered on them as well as 1.4mm on single-sided orders. Delivery is priced for your postcode.
What is the difference between 0.8mm and 1.4mm?
1.4mm is stiffer and less likely to curl; 0.8mm is thinner, lighter and usually the lower-priced choice. At some sizes and quantities the prices are close or reversed, so compare them in the configurator.
What is edge taping?
Edge taping fits tape along the edges you choose (one, two or three edges, or all four) so the sign can be fixed flat to a wall, window or board without drilling. It is priced by the length of edge taped, and the configurator shows the price of each taping option.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose double sided and supply a two-page PDF, front then back. Double-sided signs cost more than single-sided ones.
How does it compare with corflute?
Polypropylene sheet is thinner, lighter and more flexible than corflute. Corflute is a fluted plastic board that stands up on a stake and is lower priced for a single sign; choose it where the sign must be rigid. Choose polypropylene where you want a thin, flat, waterproof sheet.
How long will a polypropylene sign last outdoors?
Typically a few months in a sheltered spot, less in strong sun and wind, depending on exposure. It is a temporary sign. Use ACM or PVC for a permanent one.
How much do polypropylene signs cost?
Prices start at $105 for 1 (300 x 450mm, 0.8mm polypropylene, single sided), and the price per item falls as the quantity goes up. The configurator shows the live price for every size, thickness and taping before you order. The price shown is the total you pay: we are not registered for GST, so none is added. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What is the minimum order for polypropylene signs?
The smallest order is 1. Some options start at a higher quantity; the configurator shows the available quantities for the option you choose.
How should I set up my polypropylene sign artwork?
Make the file the finished size plus 5mm bleed on every edge, keep text and logos inside the safe area, and supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file free before printing.
How long will my polypropylene signs take to arrive?
Polypropylene Signs are dispatched 2 to 9 business days after your artwork is approved. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on where you are, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and the Get it by range on this page is calculated for your postcode. Delivery is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode, and at checkout before you pay.
What if there is a problem with my polypropylene signs?
If we make a print error, or your order does not match your approved proof, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we lodge a claim with the courier and pass on the outcome.

Ordering, delivery and artwork help
How Ordering Works
-
Configure your product. Select size, stock, quantity, and finish options from the product page. Prices update as you choose. Prices and minimum quantities are per design: different names or artwork count as separate designs, so tell us how many designs you need. The estimated delivery date range is shown on the page.
-
Upload your artwork. In your basket, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG for each design (front and back of the same piece count as one design). We accept CMYK files with fonts outlined or embedded and the bleed shown in the artwork set-up for your product (3mm for most products, 5mm for double-sided corflute, and no extra bleed for pull-up banners), at 300 dpi for print products. Not ready yet? Choose upload later and add it from your order page after payment.
-
Free instant check. Your file is checked as soon as it uploads, for bleed, colour mode, resolution and font safety, at no extra cost.
-
Approve your on-screen proof. See your design on screen with the trim line, bleed and safe area marked. Tick to approve it and nothing changes after that. Want a person to check it first? Add a manual proof for $15 per design and we send you a proof to approve.
-
Pay securely. Complete payment through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. No GST is charged. Once you have paid and approved your proof, your order goes to print.
-
Print and dispatch. Your order is dispatched a set number of business days after your artwork is approved, as shown on the product page. We arrange courier delivery across Australia and email tracking details.
-
Receive your order. If we made a print error, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by courier to homes and businesses. Delivery is free on print products, and wide format items have a delivery charge priced by size, quantity and postcode.
Print products (business cards, flyers, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, presentation folders, stickers and magnetic fridge calendars) are delivered free. There is no minimum spend.
Wide format products (posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs, foamboard and PVC signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners) have delivery priced by size, quantity and delivery postcode, based on real courier rates, from $17. Several signs or banners going to one address are packed and priced together as one delivery. Remote and regional areas cost more because courier rates are higher there. The exact cost is shown in your basket once you enter a postcode, and at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.
Dispatch is shown on each product page. It is counted in business days from the day you approve your instant on-screen proof (or the manual proof we send, if you chose one): 4 business days for print products, 7 for magnetic fridge calendars, 3 for posters, A-frame and foamboard signs, and 2 to 3 for corflute signs, PVC banners, pull-up banners and PVC signs.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 1 to 8 business days depending on your postcode, for example 1 to 3 to Melbourne, 1 to 4 to Sydney, 2 to 4 to Brisbane and 3 to 6 to Perth. These are estimates, and couriers set the final delivery time.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Artwork Help
What is bleed? Bleed is extra space around your design (3mm for print products, posters, corflute signs, A-frame signs and PVC banners, or 5mm for double-sided corflute, foamboard and PVC signs; pull-up banners need no extra bleed) to allow for slight trimming during production. Without bleed, colour or content may be cut off. Always include bleed in your artwork file.
What is CMYK? CMYK is the colour mode used in printing (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Design files in RGB (screen colour) may print differently. Convert your design to CMYK before uploading.
What resolution do I need? Print artwork should be 300 dpi at final size. Wide-format items (posters, banners) can use 100–150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance. Low resolution may result in blurry or pixelated output.
Free artwork check included. Our automatic check looks at your file's size and bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts as soon as you upload it, and shows the result straight away.
Paid artwork add-ons are available:
- Artwork check and fix. We correct bleed, colour, resolution or font issues for $25 per design.
- Design it for me. Our designer creates your artwork from a brief or rough sketch for $150 per design, or makes a simple edit to your existing artwork for $60.
Upload your PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded for print safety.

Reordering is easy. After your first order, use your unique reorder link to place the same design again without setup costs. Reorder links are emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
Multiple designs. Prices and minimum quantities are per design, and each design is priced for its own quantity. Quantities are not combined across designs. For example, 200 business cards for 2 staff members is 2 designs, and 350gsm double-sided business cards with no laminate start at 25 per design, so that is 2 x 100 (many other cards start at 100, and cards laminated on both sides on 350gsm at 250 per design). For many small runs, request a quote.
Multiple quantities. Order in bulk on the product page by increasing the quantity. Pricing typically scales down at higher volumes. See live pricing as you adjust quantity.
Ongoing or frequent orders. If you order the same design regularly, your reorder link stays active. Place a new order at any time. Each reorder is dispatched in the product's usual number of business days after you approve it.
Custom quotes for large volumes. For very large bulk orders, ongoing supply arrangements, or custom requirements, request a quote:
- Fill in the bulk order form with your details, product, quantity, and timeline.
- We will review your request and send a custom quote.
