The latest days to order with artwork ready, worked out from our current dispatch times and the longest usual courier time in Australia, so they suit every state. On the east coast you have a few more days, but ordering early leaves time for changes.

How we work these out: your order and artwork reach us before 11am Brisbane time on a business day, we allow 1 business day for the proof, then the dispatch time shown, then a typical courier time of 2 to 8 business days, skipping Queensland public holidays for production. Couriers can run late, so order earlier if you can. Christmas Day is Friday 25 December 2026 and Easter Sunday is 28 March 2027.

Brochures for Churches & Faith Communities
A service sheet is often the first thing a visitor holds. It tells them what happens next, which songs to sing and how to get involved. Ours are folded brochures: an A4 sheet folded in half to A5, or folded twice to DL, printed in full colour on both sides and delivered folded. Choose 100gsm uncoated paper for a soft sheet people can write notes on, or 150gsm gloss for bright photos. Brochures start at 50 per design.
A typical order: 100 to 200 A5 service sheets for a special service, or a set welcome brochure that lasts a whole term. Weekly notices change too often for most churches to print each week, so many keep the notices in the office and use a printed sheet for the parts that stay the same: who we are, service times, groups, giving details and how to connect. Dispatch is 4 to 6 business days after your artwork is approved, then free delivery. See our brochure fold types guide.
Worked example. A suburban church prints 200 A5 welcome brochures each year on 150gsm gloss. The cover has a photo of the building and the service times. Inside are the ministries, the kids program and a short welcome from the pastor. The back panel has the address, a map and the website. Ushers hand one to every new face, and the office reorders from the saved design when the stack runs low.
Special services and funerals. For Christmas, Easter, baptisms, confirmations and anniversaries, a one-off order of service makes the day feel special. Folded brochures have no Express option, so if time is very short a flat A5 card is faster.

Design tips
Put service times and the address on the front or back panel, where people look first. Keep body text at 10pt or larger, and larger again for song words, as some readers will be older or reading in low light. Use one or two fonts only. Keep text 5mm inside the trim and away from the fold. If you print song words or Bible translations, check your copyright licence covers printed copies. Ask a second person to check every date, name and time on the proof.

What size is a church service sheet?
Most are an A4 sheet folded in half to A5 (148 x 210mm). An A4 sheet folded twice to DL (99 x 210mm) suits a shorter service.
Which paper should we choose?
100gsm uncoated is soft, easy to read under lights and takes a pen. 150gsm gloss makes photos brighter and feels a little firmer.
Can we print a different sheet every week?
Yes, but each design is priced as its own print run and is dispatched after you approve its proof, so artwork must be ready more than a week ahead. Most churches print a set design and keep weekly notices separate.
Do brochures arrive folded?
Yes. They arrive folded and ready to hand out.
Is the community rate available on brochures?
The community rate covers signage and banners, business cards, flyers and postcards. Brochures are already at our lowest price, so there is no further discount on them.
