Why 250 cards can cost less than 100
On our standard 350gsm card, runs up to 200 are printed digitally, a sheet at a time. From 250, the cards go on an offset press with other jobs, which costs less per card and often less in total. So on 350gsm, 250 cards ($78) cost less than 100 ($81). If you need 100 or more, 250 is usually the better buy.
How to pay less for business cards
- Choose 310gsm. It is our lowest-priced double-sided card at 250 and above, slightly lighter than 350gsm and still a solid card.
- Order 250 or more. See above: 250 is where the offset press takes over.
- Skip the laminate unless the cards will live in a wallet or a ute. Laminate adds durability and a finish, and adds to the price.
- Combine staff cards where you can. Each name is its own design and its own run, so ten staff at 250 each cost ten times the price of 250.
Our stock guide explains how weight and finish feel in the hand.
How our prices compare
The table below puts our live prices next to other Australian printers' published prices, with each printer's delivery added so you compare what you would actually pay. Each competitor price shows the date it was checked. Where another printer is lower, the table says so.
All prices are delivered totals: the price for the whole order, for 90 x 55mm cards on 310gsm or 350gsm card, plus delivery to one address in a capital city. Our prices are live from our price engine, and our delivery is free. Competitor prices were checked 21 October 2026, from their published prices, with each company's published delivery charge added. We don't charge GST (we are not registered for GST), so our price is the price you pay; competitor prices include GST, as noted for each company below. Where a company's delivery charge wasn't captured, its price is shown "plus delivery" and is not treated as a delivered total.
On those dates our delivered total was the lowest in 5 of the 14 option and quantity rows compared, and another company was the same or lower in 9. Each row is marked below, including the rows where we are not the lowest.
