Flyers for Real Estate
A property flyer does two jobs. At the open home it is the thing buyers take away: photos, floor plan, features and your details, read again at the kitchen table that night. In the letterbox it tells the neighbours a home is for sale, or that an agent who knows their street is looking for the next listing.
Our flyers come in A4 (210 x 297mm), A5 (148 x 210mm), A6 (105 x 148mm) and DL (99 x 210mm), on 150gsm gloss or 170gsm silk matt, printed on one or both sides, from 1 per design. Dispatch is 4 to 6 business days after your artwork is approved, and delivery is free anywhere in Australia.
Which size for which job. Use A4 printed both sides for the open home: photos on the front, the floor plan and features on the back. One hundred A4 flyers printed both sides on 150gsm gloss is $121, enough for three or four busy inspections. Use DL or A5 for letterbox drops, where the flyer has to stand out among takeaway menus: one photo, one message and your mobile in large type. A thousand DL flyers on 150gsm gloss printed one side is $105.
Worked example. An agent lists a four-bedroom home and prints 100 A4 flyers for the first two open homes, with the floor plan on the back and the auction date in the footer. The same week she drops 1,000 DL flyers in the surrounding streets with 'Just listed' and the inspection times, then reuses the DL layout for the 'Just sold' drop after the auction. Two designs, two proofs, one delivery to the office.

Design tips
Lead with one large photo, not a collage of small ones. Keep the agency logo, agent name and mobile in the same place on every flyer so people recognise your series. Put the floor plan on the back at a readable size. Keep important text 5mm inside the trim and add 3mm bleed. Check your state's rules on price guides and advertising before you print, and print a test copy of the floor plan to make sure room labels can be read.

What size are real estate flyers?
A4 is the usual size for open home property flyers because it fits photos and a floor plan. DL and A5 are better for letterbox drops.
Gloss or matt for property flyers?
150gsm gloss makes photos look bright and costs less. 170gsm silk matt feels a little more substantial and is easier to write on, which some agents prefer for flyers handed out at inspections.
How many flyers should I print for an open home?
Most agents print 50 to 100 A4 flyers per listing for the first few open homes and reprint if the campaign runs longer.
Do you deliver flyers to letterboxes?
No. We deliver the printed flyers to you, free anywhere in Australia, and you or a distribution service drop them.
