A property campaign has five print moments: the appraisal, the listing going live, the open homes, the auction or offer, and the sale. For one listing, an agent typically needs business cards, a for sale board and directional signs, A4 property flyers for the open homes, and just sold postcards for the street. The printed side of that, cards, 100 A4 flyers and 500 A6 just sold postcards, is our Real Estate Agent Pack at $318 with free delivery, and the signs are our Open Home Sign Kit at $487 delivered to Brisbane 4000.
Every price on this page comes live from our price engine. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged: the price shown is the total you pay.

1. The appraisal
The appraisal is where the listing is won, and the business card is what the owners keep on the fridge while they decide. Print both sides: your photo and mobile on the front, the agency's recent local results or your licence details on the back. 250 cards last a busy agent a few months. A heavier card or a matt laminate costs a little more and feels more considered; see real estate agent business cards.
2. The listing goes live
The for sale board goes on the front fence the day the listing goes live, and a "just listed" letterbox drop goes to the surrounding streets the same week. Neighbours rarely buy, but they know who might, and they will remember the agent who told them first. A DL flyer with one photo, the inspection times and your mobile is enough.
3. The open homes
Buyers take an A4 flyer from the table: photos on the front, floor plan and features on the back. Print enough for the first two or three inspections and reprint if the campaign runs longer. Outside, the directional signs and the A-frame bring buyers from the main road to the door. The open home checklist covers the signs in detail.
4. The auction or offer
For an auction, a PVC banner on the front fence carries the date for the whole campaign, and a pull-up banner beside the auctioneer puts the agency name in every photo and video of the result. See real estate pull-up banners.
5. Just sold
The just sold postcard is the most useful print in the campaign, because it asks the street the question every agent wants to ask: are you thinking of selling? Drop it within a week of the sale while it is still news. Lead with "Just sold" and the street, a photo of the home, your name, photo and mobile, and one call to action such as an appraisal offer. Only print the sale price where your state's rules allow and the vendor has agreed. 500 A6 cards cover the surrounding streets; see the postcard marketing guide for layouts.
The campaign as two packs
The print and the signs come as two packs, so you can buy the printed side once and the signs for every listing. Each pack opens on the setup above, and every item can be changed before you add it to your basket.

Timing
After you approve the artwork, business cards are dispatched in 4 to 8 business days, flyers in 4 to 6, postcards in 4 to 6 and corflute signs in 2 to 6. Order the cards and the board a week before the listing goes live, the flyers once the photos and floor plan are back, and the just sold postcards the day the sale is confirmed.
Keep it consistent
Use one layout for every listing and change only the photo and property details. When the street sees the same name, colours and face on the board, the flyer and the postcard, the third one is recognised before it is read.
