Every item can change: corflute in 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm or 900 x 1200mm, one or two sides, more or fewer signs, a metal A-frame with 5mm inserts, or a longer banner. The pack price and the saving update as you choose.

A new listing going live
Put a 600 x 900mm corflute board on the front fence the day the listing goes live, and keep the other four for the next listings or for corner blocks with two street frontages.
Saturday open homes
Ten 450 x 600mm directional signs take buyers from the main road through the side streets to the front door. For left and right arrows, set that line to 5 signs and 2 designs in your basket.
The footpath on the day
The A-frame folds flat in the boot and stands on the footpath with 'Open home today' and the inspection time. It is printed on both sides, so buyers see it from both directions.
Auctions and display homes
The 2 x 1m PVC banner has eyelets every 500mm, so it ties to a fence or a marquee for the auction, and rolls up for the next one.
How agents use the kit over a campaign
Week one: the corflute board goes on the fence and the banner goes up if there is an auction date. Each open home: the directional signs go out an hour before, the A-frame goes on the footpath, and everything comes back to the office afterwards. Corflute and PVC take rain and wind, so the same kit lasts a whole campaign. Keep agency, licence and contact details the same on every sign, and change only the property details for the next listing.
Delivery and timing
Every item is printed after you approve its artwork and dispatched within 3 business days. Order and approve by 11am Brisbane time on a business day for that day to count.
Signs, banners and A-frames are delivered by courier, priced by your postcode. The pack's signs travel together, so you pay one delivery for the pack, not one per item. Each item may arrive in its own parcel.

The signs in this kit are 3mm corflute, the usual board for real estate signs: light, weatherproof and easy to cable tie to a fence. 5mm fluted board is the insert for our metal A-frame, which you can choose for the A-frame in this kit.
What size should a for sale sign be?
600 x 900mm is the common front fence size and the one in this kit. 900 x 1200mm suits busy roads and large blocks, and 450 x 600mm works for directional signs and small frontages.
Is GST included in the price?

Can each sign have a different design?
Each item in the kit is its own line in your basket, with its own artwork upload and proof. For different artwork within one item, such as signs for two listings, add more designs to that line in the basket.
