PVC Banners for Real Estate
PVC banners give a listing or a development a large, visible face. Ours come in six sizes, all 1000mm tall and from 1000mm to 6000mm wide, single sided, on PVC vinyl with eyelets along all sides at 500mm spacing, so the banner can be tied to fences, frames or scaffolding. Orders start at one banner.
A typical use: one banner on the fence of an auction property to promote the date, and several on the hoarding of a new apartment site to advertise display suite hours. PVC handles rain and sun well, but a banner on an open fence takes wind, so tie it at every eyelet and avoid leaving it up through storms. Dispatch is 2 to 3 business days after your artwork is approved, depending on the quantity tier. Our PVC banner guide covers fixing methods.
Before you order. Measure the fence or frame where the banner will hang. A 2000 x 1000mm banner is about the width of a standard gate, so it suits a front fence better than a narrow boundary. If the property is in a strata complex or a gated estate, check the body corporate or estate rules, because many prohibit external banners. Order one banner per message rather than trying to combine auction details and an agency brand on the same one.
How Real Estate uses PVC Banners
Auction-day banners
A large banner on the fence or driveway makes the auction date impossible to miss for the week before.
Display suite and development hoardings
Use banners to show hours, address and a headline benefit. They can be replaced as stages sell.
Sponsor and agency branding at events
Hang a banner at property expos or open-day events to brand the area.
Temporary promotions
Use a banner for a limited event such as a weekend inspection series, then remove and reuse it.
Design tips
Keep the message to five words or fewer: sale type, date and agency. Use huge text and high contrast, since people read banners from a moving car. Avoid text near the edges where eyelets sit. Leave out detail like long URLs and use a short phone number or QR code instead. Tie at every eyelet to resist wind.

PVC Banners for Real Estate: FAQs
What size is the banner?
Six sizes, all 1000mm tall: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 or 6000mm wide. All are single sided, PVC vinyl, with eyelets all round.
Will it survive wind?
Fix it at every eyelet and avoid solid walls of colour on exposed fences. Take it down if severe weather is forecast.
Can I order several banners for a development?
Yes. Quantity tiers apply, and each design is priced separately.
Do I need approval for a banner on a site fence?
Check with the site owner and the council, since conditions for fences and hoardings vary.
Can I reuse a banner for the next auction?
Yes, if the message is generic. Put the date on a separate removable label or order a new banner for each date.
