Corflute Signs for Real Estate
Corflute is the workhorse of property marketing. A board at the kerb works every hour of the campaign, and the same artwork can be reused across listings. We print 3mm corflute in 450 x 600mm, 600 x 900mm and 900 x 1200mm, single or double sided, with eyelets in all four corners for tying to stakes, fences or frames. Orders start at one sign.
A typical agent order: two 600 x 900mm boards for the front boundary of a listing, a 900 x 1200mm board for a corner site or a development, and a handful of 450 x 600mm boards as open-home directionals. Because corflute is light, it is easy to carry in a ute and install in minutes. Dispatch is 2 to 3 business days, depending on quantity, after you approve your instant on-screen proof, then delivery to your state. Choosing sizes for a campaign. Many agencies keep a stock of three sizes: 600 x 900mm for the front boundary, 450 x 600mm for open-home directionals and 900 x 1200mm for premium or corner listings. Since each design is priced per run, ordering several sizes in the same artwork family makes the brand consistent and keeps change-over simple. Remove signs promptly when the campaign ends, since council rules often set display periods.
How Real Estate uses Corflute Signs
Front-boundary for-sale boards
A 600 x 900mm board on the boundary is the standard listing sign. Fix it with ties through all four eyelets so wind cannot lift a corner.
Corner and development signs
A 900 x 1200mm board is visible across a corner or from a passing car. Use it for display suites, new estates and premium listings.
Open-home directionals
Smaller 450 x 600mm boards guide visitors from the main road. Number them or add an arrow so the route is obvious.
Auction-day signage
Use bold wording for date, time and place. Boards are easy to remove after the sale and store flat for reuse.
Design tips
Make the agency name and the phone number the biggest items, and keep them at least a third of the board height. Use two or three colours that contrast strongly with a green hedge or a brick fence. Check the layout from 10 metres away on screen before approving. Add licence and agency details as your state regulator requires, and keep a clear margin so the eyelets do not cut into text. Reuse a locked template for each listing and change only the address, price wording and date.

How long will a real estate corflute sign last outdoors?
Corflute is weather-resistant and typically lasts a campaign or a season. Strong sun fades colour over months, so replace boards that look tired.
Which size suits a standard residential listing?
600 x 900mm is the usual front-boundary size. Choose 900 x 1200mm for corner sites or when the sign must be seen from a distance.
How are signs fixed?
Each board has eyelets in all four corners. Tie it to a stake, fence or frame with cable ties or rope, and use all four eyelets in windy areas.
What do I need to check before installing a sign on public land?

Should I order spare signs?
