Corflute Signs, 1200 x 900mm Corflute Sign
The 1200×900mm corflute sign is a large-format outdoor statement; commanding attention from distance and dominating signage applications. This expanded canvas suits major events, retail storefront branding, construction site notices, or high-traffic locations demanding visibility. At 1.5 times larger than the standard 900×600mm property board, it creates unmistakable presence. Weather-resistant corflute plastic and four corner eyelets deliver durability for several months of outdoor exposure. Large-format wide-print technology ensures vibrant colour and sharp detail despite the size.
About this 1200 x 900mm Corflute Sign spec
Artwork is 1206×906mm, which includes 3mm bleed on all edges (5mm for double-sided). The trim box is the finished 1200×900mm size. Keep a 45mm safe zone in each eyelet corner and key content at least 45mm in from the edges near the eyelets. Design at 100–150 dpi CMYK or 300 dpi for maximum sharpness, outlining or embedding fonts. At this large size, simple, bold designs and high-contrast graphics read best from distance. Text smaller than 24pt becomes difficult to read; test actual size before approving proofs.
Common uses
- Large retail storefront branding
- Major event and festival promotion
- Building hoarding and construction signage
- High-traffic location advertising
- Vehicle fleet and fleet branding
- Outdoor installation and large-format display

Is 1200x900mm suitable for outdoor display?
Yes. Corflute weather-resistant plastic and UV-stable inks suit outdoor use lasting several months to a year depending on exposure.

Use bold fonts 24pt or larger and high-contrast colours. Test actual size on proofs to verify readability from your intended viewing distance.
