Corflute Signs, 900 x 1200mm Corflute Sign
900 x 1200mm is the largest corflute sign in our range, close to the size of an A0 poster. It has room for a project name, a big photo or render, a short list of services and contact details, which makes it the usual pick for builder and development site boards, sponsor signs at sports grounds, school and church noticeboards, and event signs that need to be read across a car park. Signs are printed on 3mm corflute with an eyelet in each corner, single or double sided, portrait or landscape at the same price. You can order 1 sign or up to 100 per design. They are dispatched 2 to 3 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity, and courier delivery is priced by size and postcode in the basket.
About this 900 x 1200mm Corflute Sign spec
Set up the artwork at 900 x 1200mm (portrait) or 1200 x 900mm (landscape) and add 3mm bleed for single-sided signs, giving 906 x 1206mm, or 5mm for double-sided. Keep the 45mm eyelet corners and outer edges clear of text. At 100 dpi the file needs about 3,550 x 4,750 pixels, so supply logos as vector artwork and check photos are large enough before ordering. A sheet this size flexes more than the smaller signs, so fix it to a frame, wall or fence at all four corners rather than hanging it from two. Small body text is wasted here: anything under about 25mm tall only works for people standing close.
Common uses
- Builder, developer and project site boards
- Sponsor signs on sports ground fences
- Event entry, map and program boards
- School, church and community noticeboards
- Temporary shopfront or warehouse signs while permanent signage is made
- Farm gate, produce stall and roadside business signs

900 x 1200mm Corflute Sign FAQs
How big is a 900 x 1200mm corflute sign in feet?
About 3 x 4 feet (35.4 x 47.2 inches), covering just over one square metre. It is double the area of the 600 x 900mm real estate size and close to an A0 poster, which measures 841 x 1189mm.
Is a 900 x 1200mm sign hard to handle?
Corflute is light, but at over a metre tall the sign catches the wind, so two people make fixing it easier. Signs travel by courier, and delivery is priced on size, quantity and postcode, so you see the exact cost in the basket before paying.
Can one large sign be printed on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available from a single sign. Supply a two-page PDF with 5mm bleed on each page. It suits signs on a fence between two streets, or sponsor signs that face both the field and the car park.
What resolution does a 900 x 1200mm sign need?
Aim for 100 to 150 dpi at full size, which is about 3,550 x 4,750 pixels at 100 dpi. Use 300 dpi only for fine detail that people will see up close. Logos and text are best as vector shapes, which stay sharp at any size, and the free artwork check flags low-resolution images.
How far away can a sign this size be read?
With the common rule of about 25mm of letter height per 10 metres, a 200mm headline is readable from around 80 metres in good light. That makes this size suitable for site boards seen from a main road or sponsor signs across a sports oval.
Is thicker 5mm corflute available?
No. Our corflute signs are 3mm only, which suits most fences and frames. If you need a stiffer sign for an exposed spot, our PVC signs come in 5mm foam PVC up to 900 x 1200mm.
