Flyers for Trades & Construction

Door-to-door flyers work for trades because the customer is nearby and the need is local. A roofer after a storm, an electrician offering safety checks or a landscaper in spring can reach a whole street at low cost. Our flyers come in A6, A5, A4 and DL on 150gsm gloss, single or double sided, from 25.

A typical campaign: 500 A5 flyers for a single suburb, with a clear offer, your licence number and a phone number. A5 is large enough for a short service list and a call to action, and DL fits letterbox slots neatly. Hand-deliver or letterbox drop, respecting no-advertising signs. Dispatch is 4 business days after your artwork is approved. Our flyer sizes guide explains the formats.

Worked example. A landscaper finishing a garden in a suburb orders 500 A5 flyers with a photo of the finished job, a short list of services, a licence number and a phone number. She drops them in the 200 nearest letterboxes and keeps the remainder to hand out at the next job. The flyers feature the same logo as her business cards and van, so the brand looks consistent.

How Trades & Construction uses Flyers

Street-by-street letterbox drops

Target the suburb where you are working. Neighbours of a completed job are the best audience.

Seasonal service offers

Gutter cleaning in autumn, air-conditioning checks before summer or pre-winter heater servicing.

Trade-show and market handouts

Hand flyers to visitors at expos and markets with a short offer.

Referral campaigns

Include a referral note asking customers to pass the flyer on.

Design tips

Lead with the problem you solve and a single offer. Put your phone number in large type, plus licence details if required. Use the back for a short price list or testimonials only if allowed in your trade. Keep text short, because people glance at flyers for a second or two. Respect no-advertising signs on letterboxes.
