An A4 bi-fold brochure is a single A3 sheet (420 x 297mm) printed on both sides and folded once down the middle, giving four A4 pages (210 x 297mm): a front cover, a two-page inside spread and a back cover. The full-size pages suit businesses with a lot to show, such as company profiles, capability statements, property guides and catalogues with large photos. We print them on 150gsm gloss or the lighter 115gsm gloss and fold them, so they arrive ready to hand out. Orders start at 250 per design. About this A4 Bi-Fold Brochure spec
Supply the artwork flat as a two-page PDF, each page 426 x 303mm: an A3 landscape sheet (420 x 297mm) plus 3mm bleed. The fold runs down the centre, 210mm from the left edge, so each half is one A4 page. Page 1 of the PDF is the outside of the sheet (back cover on the left, front cover on the right); page 2 is the inside spread. Keep text at least 10mm from the fold and 5mm from the trimmed edges. Supply CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts outlined or embedded.
