Fix the panel with screws and caps, standoffs or construction adhesive, and allow for its weight on a post or gate compared with plastic boards. For a long-term outdoor sign, yes: ACM does not warp or absorb water and typically lasts years. Corflute is lighter and lower priced for short-term signs, and foam PVC suits sheltered outdoor use.
Why can a small unlaminated ACM sign cost more than a bigger laminated one?
Each size and finish is priced separately, and the laminated sizes are priced lower at the moment. If you only need a small sign, check the next size up with laminate in the price panel.
Can I print on both sides?
No. ACM signs are printed on one side and the back is bare aluminium. For a two-sided sign, look at our polypropylene, KAPAplast or corflute signs.
How do I fix a sign to a wall or post?
Drill holes in the corners and use screws and caps, or mount on standoffs, or glue it to a flat surface with construction adhesive. Allow for the extra weight on a post.
