Why agents send fridge calendars
A calendar on the fridge is seen most days of the year, which is why real estate agents mail them to past buyers and sellers before Christmas and letterbox them across their farm area. When a homeowner starts thinking about selling, the agent's name and number are already in the kitchen. These are estimates, not a promise. They assume your order and artwork reach us before 11am Brisbane time and one business day for the proof. Regional addresses, Tasmania and the Northern Territory need a few more days, so order earlier if you can. If you are mailing calendars out, allow for Australia Post's Christmas cut-offs as well.
Artwork setup
- Size: 99 x 210mm (DL), portrait or landscape. Build the file at 105 x 216mm, which includes 3mm bleed on every edge.
- Keep dates, text and logos at least 4mm inside the trim.
- Supply a single-page PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts embedded or outlined.
- You supply the complete design, including the 2027 calendar grid. Our free calendar template has the trim, bleed and safe area marked.
Every order gets a free artwork check and an instant on-screen proof you approve before anything is printed. A manual proof, where a person checks your file, is $15.
