PVC Banners for Political & Election Campaigns
Banners make a campaign office and a rally visible. They hang on shopfronts, fences and stages, and they are large enough to read from a car. Ours are PVC vinyl banners in six sizes, all 1000mm tall and from 1000mm to 6000mm wide, single sided, with eyelets on all sides at 500mm spacing, from one banner.
A typical order: one banner for the campaign office front, and a handful for community events. Authorisation text must appear, and local rules may limit banner placement. Tie at every eyelet. Dispatch is 2 to 3 business days after your artwork is approved. See our PVC banner guide.
Worked example. A campaign office on a main street hangs a single banner across its shopfront, tied at every eyelet and with the authorisation statement along the bottom. For a community event the campaign also orders two more for the stage backdrop. After the election, the banners are removed within the time required by the council.
Planning banner locations. Before ordering, decide where each banner will hang and measure the space. A 2000 x 1000mm banner needs about two metres of fence or shopfront, and it is heavy enough in wind to need firm fixing. Private property owners must agree, and some landlords prohibit external banners on leased premises. Local rules may limit the size of political banners, the period they can be displayed and the distance from roads or polling places. Check these rules early because they can change the size and number you need. Once you have confirmed locations, order the banners with enough lead time that they can be installed before pre-poll begins.
