ACM (Aluminium Composite) Signs for Townsville businesses

Sun is the main wear factor here. The long dry season puts a lot of UV onto any west- or north-facing sign, and the printed face fades slowly over the years, so choose gloss laminate where it is offered, from A2 to 900 x 1200mm, and favour strong colours and bold type over pale tints. Storms and cyclones bring the other risk: fix panels with screws and caps, on standoffs or with construction adhesive to a sound structure, and allow for the weight on a post, which is more than a plastic board. Unlike corflute, ACM is a sign for years rather than months, and polypropylene signs are the thin waterproof option for short jobs. Prepare your file with the print artwork checklist.
ACM is dispatched 2 to 7 business days after artwork approval, and delivery to Townsville is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch.
